Meet the Staff
Kinsey - Practice Manager
Kinsey joined the LazyPaw Animal Hospitals team shortly after we opened. She began as a veterinary technician and due to her drive to improve all qualities of patient care, she is now our Practice Manager.
After working in Corporate America for a couple of years, she decided she really wanted to do something she was passionate about, what better way than to snuggle up with dogs and cats all day! After 10 years in the veterinary field, Kinsey has demonstrated her gift of compassion and has made some furry friends along the way. She goes above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction and has a great rapport with both dogs and cats. Currently her four-legged family consists of two dogs, two cats and a leopard gecko.

Kat - Client Coordinator
Kat has been with Lazy Paw Animal Hospitals since September 2008. Her nursing background and experience in the human medical field is a tremendous asset in client communications and patient care. As client coordinator she facilitates all aspects of client care: scheduling appointments, triaging client phone calls, educating clients about their pet care options, filling patient prescriptions, and in-house patient care.
But, her favorite part of each day is meeting pleasant people and their furry little friends. She looks forward to doggy kisses and giving love to the hospitalized pets during their stay with us. Loving pet owners bring smiles and occasionally tears, but it's all part of the joy of working at Lazy Paw. She has always loved animals, having two cats herself, and looks forward to pursuing further education in the field of animal health care so that she can play a more integral role in their care.
Tammy - Veterinary Technician
LazyPaw Animal Hospitals prides itself on its staff and clinicians, and Tammy, a full-time pre-veterinary student whose extra-curricular hours are spent working as a veterinary technician, is no exception. Her experience at LazyPaw moves her towards achieving the goal of becoming a veterinary medical doctor.
Tammy enjoys educating clients about their pets’ needs, assisting the veterinarians during patient examination and treatment, monitoring anesthetized patients, performing radiographic imaging studies and implementing clinician follow up calls to ensure client questions and concerns are addressed and patient care is enhanced through ongoing communication.
As a student, Tammy is always eager to learn about the newest information and treatment modalities available in veterinary medicine.
Sally- Client Coordinator
Sally joined Lazy Paw Animal Hospitals in September 2008 as the part time Client Coordinator. Sally will assist you with scheduling appointments, checking you in upon arrival at our clinic and coordinating your appointment to make sure you receive excellent customer service. Sally is happiest when helping others so being here on weekends meeting our clients needs is something she looks forward to being a part of. In addition to helping people, Sally loves animals. She is involved in volunteer activies that benefit dog and cat organizations.
Devin - Veterinary Technician
Devin has been a part of the LazyPaw Animal Hospitals Team since October 2010. She started volunteering in animal shelters at a young age and realized her true passion was assisting in the care and health of animals. She quickly moved up the ranks and has been involved in veterinary medicine for almost 20 years!!
Devin enjoys meeting new clients and patients and believes that client education is the most important aspect of animal health and welcomes all opportunities to raise awareness. She has always had pets, from dogs, cats, horses to rats but is currently adopted by her blind poodle “Flirt” and 2 cats, “Mama” & “Macy.”
Mallory - Veterinary Technician
Mallory joined the LazyPaw team in 2008 and ended up leaving for a time to finish pursuing a degree in animal science. She has been back during breaks, and now that school is over she is back on the team for good.
Mallory loves getting to work with both people and their amazing pets every day, and really enjoys getting to know each one individually and being a part of their visit. She enjoys educating clients by helping them to understand more about their pet, or pets, and the veterinary industry in general. She loves working through each individual case with the veterinarians so that she can educate clients and also always continue learning and further educating herself. Mallory thinks it amazing that she has two great dogs at home, and then gets to go to work and meet many more great animals every day.
